Play Music Your Way
The built-in CD player features a number of functions so you can play music the way you want. You can listen to songs on a CD at random or program the SC-EN17 to play tracks in a specific order.

Why Stop At CDs?
The music doesn't have to end when all your CDs are played out. Tune into your favorite radio station with the digital synthesizer FM/AM tuner. Use the auto scan tuning feature to find all the local stations, then save up to 32 of your favorite stations using the preset memory and call them up later. The SC-EN17 even plays CD-R/RW1 discs and MP3s2.

Add Some Variety
The random play feature selects songs on your CDs at random for variety during playback.


MP3s Sound Like the Original Performance
When MP3s are created, higher frequencies are lost due to the limited frequency response of compressed digital audio. Most of these frequencies can't be heard by human ears, but their presence conveys subtle nuances. When they're missing in a digital recording, it doesn't quite sound the same as the live performance. Our multi re-master feature examines the audio signal and helps compensate for these lost frequencies, providing sound quality closer to the original performance.

Doubles As An Alarm Clock
Take a midday snooze without oversleeping using the programmable timer. It works with both the FM/AM tuner and CD player.
